CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A 10-minute grace period applies before the appointment is forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred if the policy is followed. Late cancellations/No-Shows will result in a 50% fee I understand things come up, but communication is key.
