It grew into a deeper commitment to healthy hair and scalp care after witnessing my sister navigate an autoimmune condition that affected her scalp and hair. Today, I specialize in luxury loc maintenance, scalp-focused care, natural styling, and protective services designed to preserve the health and integrity of your hair. Every appointment is approached with patience, precision, and genuine care because I believe a beautiful style should never come at the expense of healthy hair. As a mother of three sons, Crowned by Kiy represents more than a business. It is a legacy built on faith, compassion, consistency, and excellence. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred when proper notice is provided. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, while no-shows will be charged 100%. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will incur a $25 late fee, and appointments may be canceled after 15 minutes. Late arrival may result in the service being modified, shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.
