CANCELLATION POLICY
Crowned by Kiy Cancellation Policy To respect my time and other clients: — Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance — No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the service total — 10-minute grace period applies before appointment is forfeited — Deposits are non-refundable but may transfer if policy is followed.
